Unsung Song

The fragrance of your essence
Is etched on my skin
The flavor your kiss
Has the taste of cinnamon

I toss for words to define our love
But none comes
From within

A love that defies age
A bond where we are tied by marital threads
And we can never unite
Still we hum
The unsung song

We course moments
In the luxuriance of embrace
Till seasons flush our countenance
But time cheats us
And we part
With a breaking heart

Come back to me
Home again
To where you belong
My love

You are all that I want
You are all that I need
Nothing more, I seek

Just you and me
Rewriting the stars
Within our own little world.

Don't Come Back

Don’t come back,
I have fallen in love with you
Getting deeper as we intimately paint moments
I love you in my innocent openness
Without knowing when or why
The distinct age gap failing to dampen my desires

My heart stops dead when you thread your silken touch
Spiraling my sexuality, resurrecting me to life
I love you when you cushion me to your heart
Sealing us together in an intense poetic discourse.
Dazed in your lyrical touch,
My heart silently murmurs..you are exactly what I want’.

I love you discreetly because there is no other way
Both tied in societal fissures
I wish you were only mine
The thought of sharing you makes me dishearteningly envious.

I close my mind and speak to you in thousand silent ways
Sometimes reminiscing memories of us wrapped in creative lucidity
I write because you exist in my beats
I live for you are the taste of my life

I wish you really knew how much I love you
How eagerly I wait for your blossoming love
For all the love, I sincerely wish you not to come back
For if you do
I will leave everything and be yours forever!
