Into the infinite cosmos
A desire to feel the profound
To survive the tides
Punctuating my life

The feeling of listlessness
Pushing me, in my fortress of solitude
Where I question the very purpose of my existence

What is it, I seek
Is this a process of self discovery
If so, why does it resurface time and again
Tormenting me with infesting questions
Why me

The answers, elude
Maybe coz, it's a feeling to be nourished by inner vision
Too strong
To be extinguished by the evidence of senses

The warmth of your body
The fragrance of your skin
Your morning hardness, pressed against me

The incessant downpour, the mild chill
The weather was electrifying
As we mingled

Our avaricious desires creating tiny ripples
The bodies blended in rhythm
The sealed lips struggled to breathe
Intoxicated, we grooved all night
In sensuous motions, of eternal love

When the music of the birds wafted in my ears
I stirred to find
You were just a dream
If dreams come true
I wish to realise you
Sleeping beside me, 

In the lush of the night
Nude in yearnings.
