When I lost you

I never realised
When you became silent
When you stopped expressing your feelings
I was so engrossed in work
I lost track of time

And all this while
You were withdrawing
I never realised
Till I felt your silence

You are there with me
But you aren't there with me
Anymore

You have been explaining me patiently
There will come a point of time
Where I will regret
For snubbing your affectionate pouring

Now, I realise
You have become silent
I have lost you
In my zeal for earnings.
