Sometimes you initiate 
Sometimes you withdraw citing inhibitions 
Staying in between becomes quite disconcerting...
I can't stay in that space which doesn't blossom
Either you are there 
Or not there

This expanse between us can't be termed as friendship or connection
It's sheer attraction
We both realise what we are getting into

But, considering your engagements and reservations I don't expect anything
Just that the ball was in your court
And you failed to play 
Thus a beginning
And the end.
