Finally the showers graced
I played a few romantic songs
And drenched myself
In the monsoon essence
When there was no one to love
I draped my naked flesh
And felt in love
With myself
In a world of one night stands
Love has lost it's significance
But I still believed in it
In spite of being betrayed time and again
The showers have dimmed
So has my elementary feelings
I have comforted my soul
Saying 'be the love you seek '

We all were drunk
But I was comparatively sober
Since one of us had to drop us at home
Her husband was lying in the back seat
Sloshed
She was sitting beside me
Stealing glances
After a while she started caressing my thighs
Till she felt my erection
It was becoming difficult to focus
On the road
So I pulled up to a deserted stretch
We both were simmering in flames
But I didn't want to take the cliched route
I want to see you lady, I told her
She didn't ask me to elucidate
She got down the car
And stripped in front of the glaring lights
Displaying the magnificence of her voluptuous structure
I didn't move
I watched her with gossamer patience
She posed in every seductive angle
Sometimes clutching her breasts
As offering
Sometimes giving me a glimpse of her bronzed rear
But when she sat on the road
Spreading her legs
While dipping her fingers in her dripping floret
I lost it
I got out the car
And had passionate sex with her
There
Under the starry skies
Near the eerie thicket
As her husband snored soundly
Ignorant.
